Senior Adult Ministries enhances the quality of life of adults ages 55-plus spiritually, intellectually, and physically through education, fellowship and service. We are involved in ministries throughout the church, including missions, evangelism and prayer and more.

Silver Servants invites senior adults to meet Joeth Strickland, founder of Crossing All Borders, in Angier. Crossing All Borders Ministry is an important outreach program that erases geographic, ethnic, economic, educational, and denominational borders to help those in need. Joeth will share stories of how this ministry demonstrates the love of Jesus, reaches people for Christ, and provides spiritual growth through missions. Billie Matthews will be leading a service project during the event; expect easy projects while sitting in the comfort of the Fellowship Hall. Coffee and cake will be provided, event will go till 12:30 PM. You can sign up on Realm. If you want to know more about the story of this ministry, Joeth just published her first book: Faithful in Small Things: How God Grew a Ministry from One Home to Serve 104 Nations. Books will be available for $10.
